Warranty:
This Website item(s) will not have been covered under Misuse, maintenance neglect, abuse, vandalism, abnormal operation, environmental conditions, or accidents. Damage caused by the installation or related vehicle problems is not covered, as well as installation in a vehicle for which it was not designed or purchased. Warranty Starts upon Delivery Day. Used Items have up to 30 days limited warranty. New Items Warranty depends on the manufacturer or reseller policies. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and it's not transferable to anyone at any time. Warranty will not have been covered under Misuse, maintenance neglect, abuse, vandalism, abnormal operation, environmental conditions, or accidents. Damage caused by the installation or related vehicle problems is not covered, as well as installation in a vehicle for which it was not designed or purchased. Overheating of the engine voids any warranty for labor or replacement. All vehicles are equipped with warning devices (gauges and lights), please be sure they are operational; moreover, ignoring those warnings will damage your engine. Damage caused by a lack of lubricants or fluids that lead to engine failure will void the warranty. You are asked to maintain your vehicle at regular intervals and be able to provide us with those service records. Fuel washing or any other dilution of the engine lubricant can void the warranty. Damage from electrolysis or where periodic maintenance services required by the manufacturer have not been performed can also void the warranty. The warranty does not cover or provide payment or reimbursement for loss of time, income, sales or profits, loss of use of the vehicle, lift, dock, shipping, storage fees, Diagnostic time, service calls, labor Replacement of any fluids or other substances, tune-ups or replacement of belts, hoses or maintenance items, towing charges, vehicle rental, substitute transportation, lodging, or communication expenses. All parts sold by Galaxy must have an engraved nor stickered hologram marked "Galaxy", to accept a warranty don't lose or damage those.
Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase picked up from store for any reason, you may return it to Galaxy within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the Eligibility Conditions. Items shipped from Galaxy can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Once the item is received at our center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. If you return a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full amount as well as postage cost, once your return is processed. Galaxy Auto reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason. All Core returns need to be for the exact part purchased, in fully rebuild able, undamaged, condition Credit WILL NOT be applied until the part is received (Must be returned/shipped within 14 days). Fluids must always be drained. All refunds will be credited back to you via the same payment method used for your original order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser except in case of returns due to our error. New and Rebuilt Parts are not returnable. Return or exchange any item with original purchase receipt requires that item must be in original condition and packaging without Misuse, maintenance neglect, abuse, vandalism, abnormal operation, environmental conditions, or accidents. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Refund:
All returns or exchanges must be shipped or bring back to Galaxy Auto within 14 business days of delivery or pickup. A %25 restocking fee may apply to any accepted return. Electronic refund process time may take up to 72 hours. Again, we don’t refund or provide payment or reimbursement for loss of time, income, sales or profits, loss of use of the vehicle, lift, dock, storage fees, Diagnostic time, service calls, labor Replacement of any fluids or other substances, tune-ups or replacement of belts, hoses or maintenance items, towing charges, vehicle rental, substitute transportation, lodging, or communication expenses.
Limited Liability:
Galaxy is not responsible for items left in returned merchandise. Galaxy is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt. We may file a lost or damage claim but we don't refund unless the shipping company pays us. We won’t refund or provide payment or reimbursement for Loss of time, sales or profits, loss of use of the vehicle, lift, dock, storage fees, Diagnostic time, service calls, labor Replacement of any fluids or other substances, tune-ups, or replacement of belts, hoses or maintenance items, towing charges, vehicle rental, substitute transportation, lodging, etc. or communication expenses.
